I am very happy to be part of Amazon Renewed. Thanks to Amazon and Renewed partners who offer this product and service. The iPhone X device was clean and free of blemishes or damage of any kind. The transfer from old phone to new went very well, error free. The SIM swap was easy and fast. Adding to the positive is that I expected the battery charge to be a problem but it took a full charge and held it. The good news faded shortly after the change over, however, due to a scrolling issue. I reached out for help to solve the scrolling issue. After having several times to reinstall the problem apps and following support suggestions, I was advised to return it. Within 90 days the return including shipping cost is covered. I'm not out any money once the return is processed, but disappointed in the device not working 100%. I'll try finding another renewal product once the credit for this one is received.
